Refund & Cancellation Policy

At FinFox, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver quality services with transparency and professionalism. However, due to the nature of our services, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy.

 

1. No Refund Policy (Once Service Is Initiated)

Once the payment is made and the service has been initiated (i.e., documents collected, consultation provided, or any backend work started), no refund shall be processed, irrespective of the outcome of the service, unless specifically stated otherwise.

 

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same service, the duplicate payment will be refunded.

  • Non-Initiation of Service: If we are unable to start the service within 7 working days due to any internal issue and you choose to cancel the request before initiation, a full refund will be processed.

  • Service Unavailability: If we are unable to provide the service due to technical or regulatory reasons from our end, a full or partial refund may be offered.

All refunds will be made through the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation before service initiation by emailing us at contact@finfox.tech with your transaction details.

Note: Once the processing of documents or communication with any government department is initiated, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

 

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Government fees, challans, or filing charges already paid

  • Fees for consultation or advisory sessions once completed

  • Processing or documentation services already delivered

  • Services impacted due to incorrect information or delay from your end

6. Jurisdiction

All disputes related to payments, refunds, or cancellations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kota, Rajasthan, India.
